As part of the masterplan, an assisted living neighborhood and a memory care neighborhood were envisioned for undeveloped property behind the existing building.  The first phase was a new community room for residents to engage in activities and to gather with friends and family.

This phase also refreshed existing resident rooms and re-roofed a portion of the building.
